Sessions

Individual sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each person. You'll be encouraged to identify goals your therapist can assist you with reaching.

Telehealth Sessions/
Online Therapy

Through a confidential, HIPAA compliant link, therapist and client are able to use the video chat model to engage in therapy with the convenience and flexibility of being together at the same time, but in our own private locations.  This online platform can be used for the duration of the therapeutic relationship or temporarily as needed. 

Some clients even like to take advantage of this option to avoid cancellation fees, when they suddenly can't make it in to the office.

Wellness Check

Similar to an annual physical with your doctor, this is a well check for your emotional and mental health. You will complete a questionnaire and discuss it in a 45 minute session with a licensed counselor. You’ll receive feedback during the session and an individualized resource list to assist with strengthening your mental health. Appropriate referrals will be made if it is determined an individual would benefit from further services.

*This service is not covered by insurance, but HSA cards can be used.

Fee: $75

Additional Services Launching Soon

  • Evidence based, non invasive treatment for anxiety, ADHD, sensory processing, and sports performance. This will be launching October 1, 2024. Insurance is not able to be billed for this service, but introductory rates will be discounted and a family discount will be offered.

    Minimum age: 10

  • The next women's support circle begins October 15, 2024. This is open to all women (regardless if you are in counseling) who would like to learn new skills to sustain a healthy emotional mindset. The group meets weekly for 6 weeks.

    Insurance can't be billed for the group, but it is offered for $90 for full 6 week session.

Insurance and Cancellation Policy

We are in-network with most commercial insurance companies. We are not currently able to schedule Medicare clients. Some Medicaid policies can be billed; please inquire with our office. I am happy to submit statements for Out of Network reimbursement. Be sure to contact your insurance provider and ask, "How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?" 

Fees:

Intake/Assessment  $120

Individual session (55 minutes):  $120

Family session (90 minutes):  $150

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, and credit card. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted. Payment is expected when services are provided. 

If you must cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged a $65 late cancellation fee. 

Cancellation policy is necessary to ensure that services can be provided to all.  Since we do not double book appointments it is critical to follow the 24 hours notice cancellation policy.  

 

Additional Services

Premarital
Counseling

Premarital counseling helps partners improve communication techniques, set realistic expectations for marriage and develop conflict-resolution skills. 

In our sessions, we will go through inventories and marriage prep material to find exactly where health is flourishing in your relationship as well as the areas that need to improve.

Session Cost: $120 per session

Commitment: 4 session minimum, weekend slots are offered

Parenting
Workshops

Research-based presentations on positive discipline, emotion coaching & helping kids manage anxiety.

Cost: $50 for digital file sent to you.

Follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed.  $120 per hour
