Telehealth Sessions/
Online Therapy
Through a confidential, HIPAA compliant link, therapist and client are able to use the video chat model to engage in therapy with the convenience and flexibility of being together at the same time, but in our own private locations. This online platform can be used for the duration of the therapeutic relationship or temporarily as needed.
Some clients even like to take advantage of this option to avoid cancellation fees, when they suddenly can't make it in to the office.
Wellness Check
Similar to an annual physical with your doctor, this is a well check for your emotional and mental health. You will complete a questionnaire and discuss it in a 45 minute session with a licensed counselor. You’ll receive feedback during the session and an individualized resource list to assist with strengthening your mental health. Appropriate referrals will be made if it is determined an individual would benefit from further services.
*This service is not covered by insurance, but HSA cards can be used.

Insurance and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid insurance policies. We accept BCBS of Kentucky commercial insurance. For all other commercial insurance plans, we provide statements for Out of Network reimbursement. Be sure to contact your insurance provider and ask, "How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?"
Fees:
Intake/Assessment $125
Individual session (55 minutes): $125
Family session (90 minutes): $150
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, and credit card. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted. Payment is expected when services are provided. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available, please contact the office for more information.
If you must cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged a $65 late cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy is necessary to ensure that services can be provided to all. Since we do not double book appointments it is critical to follow the 24 hours notice cancellation policy.

Counseling
Premarital counseling helps partners improve communication techniques, set realistic expectations for marriage and develop conflict-resolution skills.
In our sessions, we will go through inventories and marriage prep material to find exactly where health is flourishing in your relationship as well as the areas that need to improve.
Session Cost: $125 per session
Commitment: 4 session minimum

Coaching
Research-based presentations and parent coach sessions are provided on positive discipline, emotion coaching & helping kids manage anxiety. Please inquire for more information on additional topics and pricing.
